I already bought Ella for another project and decided to buy again for our store. It was not an easy choice as I had to decide also between this and another theme which is highly rated on Themeforest. I bought both but in the end, I used Ella. Its MegaMenu is just amazing and the documentation on the theme features is just perfect. It's a complete theme but can be also quite complex if you want to use "all" of its features. Still, everything is well documented and step by step you can achieve what you need for sure. Last, I had some issues I needed to clear and the support was professional, addressed my concerns and gave me the solutions. 5 stars and totally professional. I am not a real web designer but just play one for my business and these guys/gals were great. I messed a few things up and they fixed it within 48 hours, no questions asked. They didn't just tell me how to fix it, but they told me how to fix it and they went ahead and fixed it for me. I am using ELLA since 2 years now and i have to say it is the most customizable theme i had until now !!! You can nearly everything without buying any external app and their support is really fast and professional. They solved any problem i had. Full customer focused. !!! Take it. Only feature i am missing is that search module don't searches pages and blogs. The rest is 10 star

I love the ELLA THEME , its so easy to create a beautiful Online Shop in Shopify. And there is Quick response with the excellent Customer Support. I can really recommend this Theme.

Ella Theme is very good, with a lot of functions. About the support: They did a mistake while modifing the code of my theme, but they fixed it after i pointed it out to them. So everything it's ok now.

I already loved the template but a couple of days ag I wanted to update and make a few customizations and also needed a few tweaks from support, they solved everything and dd a great work customizing as asked.

The template function is very complete, I can use the template inside to meet a lot of needs. Similar to the header fixed at the top, back to the top function. And there are 6 types for header and footer styles in a template. It is worth mentioning that when I need help, the service team will always solve it for me as soon as possible, and they are very patient to tell me how to modify it. I am very honored to receive 12 sets of template services at this price.
